Can you please email us your bank details? We will keep these on file and I automatically transfer this fee to you within the fortnight of cancelation.

We have just had our first cancelation. As such, we are as of now, enforcing the cancelation fee on families. As you have been made aware, you as minders are entitled to 50% of this fee.

The fee is currently $30. You are entitled to $15 as the minder booked for the canceled job.
